His 22-year tenure with Universal Logistics Services is a testament to his unwavering commitment to the industry.
An alumnus of Auburn University, Alan holds a Transportation and Physical Distribution degree, equipping him with the academic foundation to lead and innovate. Under his leadership, Universal has consistently delivered unparalleled customer service, forging strong and lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Since 2012, Universal has proudly integrated the McLeod software system into its operations, further enhancing its service delivery and operational efficiency. This partnership is a reflection of Alan’s forward-thinking approach and his constant pursuit of excellence.
Away from the hustle and bustle of logistics, Alan is a devoted family man. He cherishes moments with his wife, Ann, and their two daughters, finding solace and joy in their company.
