What do you enjoy most about your role and how did you get into the logistics industry?

I love to be able to help my customers achieve their goals and take away their headaches. I grew up in Puebla Mexico where automotive logistics is key to the success of the city. Logistics intrigued me since back then.

What’s your favorite part about working with customers?

I love the friendships I have developed with our customers. At the end of the day, we are all humans and human interactions are what brings joy to the workplace.

What’s one challenge in logistics you love helping customers solve?

I love the last minute requests when something has gone wrong. I love to be able to know that I am a key piece to the huge supply chain puzzle.

What’s your favorite sports team?

College Footbal Notre Dame. Soccer Real Madrid.

Do you have any hidden talents or hobbies most people don’t know about?

I wish! I do still enjoy playing soccer on Sundays and I really enjoy watching college football.

What’s one travel destination on your bucket list?

Spain & Portugal
